Atronvision.com is confident in the quality and dependability of our products. However, if by any chance you are forced to make a return, please follow these guidelines listed below.
By any chance, you are not satisfied with the item; we offer a 30 day return policy for new items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Replacements will be sent and refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned and inspected. Repackage the product in its original packaging and send it to:

You will also need to send a copy of the invoice to help facilitate the return. Please remove all personal data (e.g. camera or wireless camera data) from returned products. Atronvision.com is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product. Returned products, either for refund, exchange or replacement, must be in new condition, original packaging and must include all forms and accessories that were in the originally received package. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you a fee or reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that are damaged or abused by the customer
- Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords and cables
- Etched or otherwise personalized items
- International Purchases: All purchases made through International Checkout are final. No return or exchanges will be given.
Atronvision.com reserves the right to deny any return. We reserve the right to charge a fee or a restocking fee for damaged items, items returned with missing components, and items returned without any defects. This included customers who purchased the product and are not satisfied. Atronvision.com makes it a point to make the description of the item as clear as possible and therefore restocking fees apply. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping cost to and from customers, shipping charge to Atron Vision, and any other expenses that might be needed in facilitating your return.
IN CASE OF DEFECT
If an item is returned with and customer is claiming defect, a return label will be sent via email. Once received, the item will be subjected to inspection by our technicians. If the item is found to be without defect, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any other relevant fees. These fees will be on top of the 15% restocking fee.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
For all return or exchange requests, fill out the following form email to firstname.lastname@example.org Once your form is reviewed, you will be given a RA # and a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please note, no exchange or refund will be given until the item is first received. Also, No returns or exchanges will be made for items returned to our facilities without filling out the RA request form.
